1.
Phase out fossil fuels by:-
a.
Making all transport systems all
electric (except for historic vehicles) see transport
section
b.
Provide a three tier energy system
where “green” is not taxed, “nuclear” is taxed at X per kilo watt and the
highest rate Y for fossil fuel generated.
2.
Every resident will be entitled to 5
kilowatts of electricity per day at a rate set by the Government, funded by the
supplier.
3.
Industry that NEEDS very high
temperatures, which cannot be done without fossil fuels will be subsidised by
the state. (i.e. Iron/Steel industry)
4.
All standard charges will be
scrapped. So people only pay for what they use.
