Residency

Identification Cards
All people legally resident in the UK will be issued an Identification card.
Everyone in the UK will have one of the following

1.     Residency Card. (Only those holding this card will be entitled to All state benefits)

2.     Provisional Residency Card. (all immigrants including asylum seekers) All state benefits except Basic Income

3.     Passport of their country of origin. (Tourists limited to a max of 4 weeks)

4.     Foreigners Identification Card. (For people investing in UK)

5.     Work Identification Card similar to provisional residency card, but not eligible to any state benefits (This can be issued to people who come to work/study mainly in the UK, and if they contribute for 2 years they will be upgraded to a provisional residency on their request)

This will provide a simple way prove your identification and hinder identity theft. The card/computer record will contain biometric data including eventually DNA, Picture, finger prints etc. (current address, health authority, GP practice, school, council, property ownership, profession) Link to residential tax unit here. and business Tax units here

The details will be kept online accessible with the card only and a user chosen password. As well as the law enforcement agencies.

Your ID number is unique to you and will replace all other government ID numbers. Heath/NI/driving licence etc.

So the one card will suffice i.e. as a health card and a driving license even a passport with other countries agreement.

If it is lost or stolen the individual will be required by law to report it as soon as possible. It will then be cancelled and a new one issued after a DNA sample is taken along.
There will be no financial transactions allowed with the card. It is just a record of legal entitlements and past tax records. (Your National Bank details if in receipt of UBI and/or other benefits)

In short a card gives you access to services provided by the state. Without the card you can always apply for one and one will be granted if you fulfil the criteria.

If granted it does not on its own grant the person citizenship, which they can apply for after 5 years of residency.

All persons born in the UK to UK residents will be automatically granted a residential card and offered citizenship, if the parents request it.

As a citizen of the UK you have a contract with the UK government which entitles you to vote in state and country elections.

As a UK resident you can vote in local elections and pay your taxes to UK government and get access to housing, education and health services.

As a UK resident you cannot have residency in any other country.

As a UK citizen you cannot have citizenship of any other country.

If a person wants to invest in the UK he/she and is not a resident or citizen they must acquire a “Foreigners” id card, for a minimal fee, the record to include DNA, photo, citizenship and residential status record with residential address. This will apply to all directors of companies investing in the UK. This card does not entitle the person to work in the UK except for the Tax Unit they are directors of. The Tax Unit will be liable for UK taxes generated by the companies of which they are directors.

The UK government cannot revoke citizenship unless they have applied and been accepted as a citizen of another country.

The UK government can revoke residency if the person has citizenship of another country. i.e. Committed a serious crime.

ALL EMPLOYERS AND LANDLORDS will by law inform the council of their tenant/employee’s residential Status/Details.

It will be required by law for everyone in the UK to show their ID card (or give them their number) or passport on request by law.
