the PO moves in it must sign a full repairing tenancy agreement, assign a Home Manager that
must be approved by the Local Council.
Purchase
2 shares for £2000, which they will lose if they don’t keep up repayments when
they will enter minimum size property if they cannot come to an arrangement
with the Home Manager, which could involve revaluing the property and issuing

If the Potential Owner(PO) wishes to buy extra shares he can
1. From the council, if they hold them then
2. From any other share holder except the Home
Manger unless he/she is the council representative.
3. From the Home manager.
Once the PO has purchased all the shares he/she
will become the owner.
