All
UK Embassies will process all visa applications to the UK, tourist and
temporary residency application.
Other
application offices will be set up near areas of need. i.e. countries at war or
near such borders.
All
people born in the UK will become citizens.
No UK citizen can hold more than one citizenship. If they wish to become a
citizen of another country they are free to do so but
thereafter the UK government will remove their UK citizenship and has no
responsibility for them.
This is a small effort towards
world peace and understanding.
Status of all individuals the UK!
UK citizens
Have the right to be a UK
resident and the protection of the UK governments.
Non UK citizens will be offered one of the following:-
1. Tourist visa temporary access to
country not allowed to work/claim benefits/pay tax.
2. Full residency and therefore
entitled to all benefits, work and tax responsibilities. Must belong to a
residential Tax units.
3. Temporary residency for 5 years
entitled to work and tax responsibilities, lower UBI. If after 5 years they
will be assessed for Full residency.(based on work
record, good conduct etc.)
4. Business visa (ID), must belong
to a business Tax Unit for tax purposes.
5. Student visa, valid for the
length of their course, then could apply for Temporary residency see above
6. Asylum seekers, must as soon as
reasonably possible make their claim, when they will
be given temporary residency and issued an ID card and join the list for
interview to asses their claim and also required to
report to the local council on a regular basis. Until their claim is upheld or
rejected. (If rejected they will be either returned to their country of origin,
or put indefinitely in “curfew accommodation” until their appeal is heard.
If a non UK
citizen wants to become a UK citizen, they must have been a Full resident for 5
years pass a test and relinquish all other citizenships,
Everyone entering the UK will be
required to report to:-
1. Immigration officers at their place
of entry.
2. Or to a police Station at the
first reasonable opportunity.
Where Non-UK
citizens will be obliged to provide personal details including finger prints,
DNA (if suitable), documents from their country of citizenship. (on their
initial entry they will be issued with a ID Number) to
make future entries easier!
In the case where the applicant
wants to claim asylum. They will be initially assessed unless which will decide
on of the following:-
1. They propose a threat where they
will be detained and extradited to their country, if possible.
2. They will be issued with a temporary
